Hi, I’m Karyn.
I’m a passionate operations strategist and the founder of ExecuHive, a Black woman-owned association management firm that supports mission-driven organizations and member-based communities. I bring almost two decades of experience in leadership, systems optimization, and relationship-building to my work.
Known for my ability to bring calm to chaos, I specialize in streamlining operations, managing complex logistics, and helping organizations grow with intention. My approach blends heart and strategy, leading with integrity, clarity, and a deep commitment to excellence.
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting chapters of national and international associations in everything from daily operations to large-scale event execution.
I started ExecuHive because I saw a gap—many passionate, purposeful organizations simply didn’t have the in-house capacity or resources to reach their full potential. I wanted to change that.
When I’m not leading my ExecuHive team, I enjoy exploring new ideas, connecting with other women entrepreneurs, and finding the balance between structure and creativity.
As a Black and woman-owned business, ExecuHive was built on the belief that meaningful impact starts with meaningful support. I know what it takes to build something from the ground up—and that same energy fuels every partnership we form.
